Shockingly bad service

Can't really remember when last I dealt with company so clueless as interested to help ME buy from them. I've been ons the phone for an hour, being sent form pillar to post. Asking to speak to a supervisor.... No sorry, his out. Phone back again. When did customer service become like this? So disappointed.
