Shockingly Bad Service

Absolutely shocking service from their menlyn mall branch, laptop was given in and I was told it would take 7-14 working days to repair. Standing at 21 days and still no word on when I will receive my laptop. It is still under warranty, and the arrogant manager told me I should be the lucky one seeing that it is under warranty, but they will not be refunding me at all for a defected product. I had to follow up as the manager just doesnt give feedback on his own. I told him the urgency of the matter and that they are way over their time limit that was promised and he just told me im the impatient one. Will never buy from Incredible Connection again, poor service and when their product is defected it is of no concern to them. Sticker number ***
