Shocking support from Incredible Connection

Placed an order, recieved no update emails. A week passes, which is after the delivery date, contact support, they say my order is coming. A few days later I get an email saying they displayed the wrong about and my order won't be processed.

Terrible support. Do not recommend using them at all.
