Shocking services

Incredible Connection has been trying to deliver a parcel to my address using thre services of RTT logistics for the last two days. The first day RTT attempted to make the delivery, the tracking system reported it as "Delivery Rejected by Consignee (at 6:14pm)". That was absolute nonsense as no delivery was made to my address, and with the lockdown, we are all at home all the time. When communicating with RTT via email, I was told "sorry, the parcel was given to the wrong driver!" Well, that is a very basic mistake to make as a logistics company who supposedly knows what they are doing. The proof of the pudding seems to be that they don't know what they are doing! The second day, the tracking system indicated the delivery as "Delivered and Signed On Glass" (at 4:30pm)". Again, absolute nonsense, no delivery was made whatsoever! It would be very interesting to know at which address the delivery was made, whether the consignor checked the ID of the recipient, and who apparently signed for the parcel. RTT is an absolute joke, and it seems that their delivery clowns can't tell their left hand from their right hand. Even worse, the only conclusion I can draw in addition to their sheer incompetence, is that someone in the chain of events is lying, not sure whom, but certainly they've been sp**** with the truth! This is just a shocking service, ... actually lack of service. The saga continues...In addition, I would like to know how Incredible Connection is going to compensate me for the inconvenience caused....
