Shocking service from Incredible Connection.

I purchase a Riversong sports watch from incredible Connection, Greenstone, Edenvale. After 2 months it was faulty and I returned the watch to them however, they were not interested in honouring the warranty. They said I must pay for the repair. Discussting service and I will never recommend them or purchase any product from them. They are useless and not interested in customer service.
