Shocking service from discovery and Incredible connection

<p>In August 2016 i wanted to use my discovery miles to buy a gift at incredible connection, I contacted discovery to confirm how to use the miles I had accumalated , they expalined I needed to convert my discovery miles into an online voucher with incredible connection and if the item i sought would was more that the voucher amount, i could do a split payment at the store with my doscovery credit card.</p> <p>I proceeded, getting the voucher via the discovery mall was so simple, i then went onto incredible connection website and ordered the iphone watch but when i got to store i could not use the voucher because they confirmed that they cannot do a split payment and Discovery had advised me incorrectly. i had to then purchase the iphone watch cash.</p> <p>I now had no use for the voucher so i contacted Discovery explaining to them that they had given me the wrong information and requested if the miles could be re-imbursed, they confirmed that they couldnt.</p> <p>i sent in further enquiries and the answer was NO.</p> <p>I have been now trying to buy items for christmas gifts via incredible connection online shopping and the voucher just does not go through, i have spent 2 days trying to purchase items with no success. getting assistance from their customer service department is like drawing blood out of stone.</p> <p>Eventually i had the option convert the voucher to store credit and though ok maybe i can now go to the store and purchase but NO that does not work either.</p> <p>I am really starting to believe that this whole discovery miles and incredible connection voucher is a hoax.</p> <p>they try to make impossible for you to use it.</p> <p>Unbelievable service rendered, very disappointing!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
