Shocking service

So here we go again, it is now 3 weeks since I handed my Asus gaming laptop in and still no one can tell me when I will get it back, or better still tell me what is the status of it. I get a CC'ed email asking the supplier for an update and that is all. They don't even respond to complaints on their website, they tell you the "relevant department will contact you" and guess what no contact whatsoever. I'm over it. Refund my money and keep your laptop. Again the reference numbers are as follows : IC-ASUS-*** and complaint reference ***.
