Incredible Connection's service has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. The initial red flag was a significant address mix-up, where they confirmed my outdated address despite my efforts to update it for delivery to my current location. This error led to the first delay, setting the tone for a series of unmet promises.

Despite their 2-5 working days delivery policy, the washing machine I ordered failed to arrive on the promised dates of March 1st, 4th, and 5th. Each time, assurances were given, only to be followed by further delays. Communication with Hi Fi Corporation, their partner in processing my order, added more confusion than clarity.

Now, well beyond the stipulated delivery period, approaching a week, the lack of professionalism and reliability is not just inconvenient but completely unacceptable. I find myself questioning the competence of their delivery system and the accuracy of information provided to customers.

As a loyal customer who has previously trusted Incredible Connection for online purchases, this experience has been a massive letdown. The extended waiting time, coupled with the inconveniences caused, has pushed me to the point of considering further action, including demanding an immediate full refund if the promised delivery isn't fulfilled soon.
