Shocking Service

On the 11 April (13 days ago) I placed an order for a GPS. This was to be a birthday present for a friend. As of today 24th April i have still not received my order and i have called the call centre on 3 different occasions and i am told the same thing every time that i will get my order that day. Needless to say I haven't nor have I been contacted by anyone despite assurances that someone will call me back, As I have stated this was to be a birthday gift for a friend and now what
