Shocking Service

<p>I have sent in a televison away for repairs at the Incredible Connection V&A , spoken to the technician Martin which was on 12th Feb he werent clued up as to how long the repair would take . Nevertheless I proceeded booking in the televison for warranty repair , was given a jobcard which had two sides printed on with different customer details and with the branch name of somerset, regardless I left. on the 15th of Feb I then called the store spoken to the admin manager (Esmeralda) she just the passed the buck on and asked the sales manager (Roodi) to contact me which he never did and instead Martin contacted me with useless information not giving me a ETA as to when the TV will be sent away. I called back on friday 17th Feb to complain spoken to Esmerald once again and she told me it should take 15 working days its been much more that 15 working days i still have not received any feedback frankly im just been given the run around , no one knows whats happening . I will never recommend anyone sending anything away from this store for repairs as you would not know what is happening .</p>
