Shocking online experience

Incredible *******ion ****** me blind. They took my money for an online order 1 week later when I called to ask why no tracking number they had stories about not having stock. After canceling the order I'm waiting 2 weeks now for my refund. It really hurts because it's a large amount of money almost 20k out of my credit card for over 3 weeks and I still don't have any physical proof that they have refunded me. GUYS don't waste your time with these big retailers anymore they all just pushing numbers and don't care about their customers and they will give you bad service with a smile...
