Order # *** I returned Lalela R1818 Wifi UPS 5-12V 48 840 mWh for online Order: ***. I returned it as it was not lasting more than 1 hour. I returned it to Canal Walk Incredible Connection. Spoke to Matt who gave me the attached letter and said they will come back to me after 15 days. Nothing, no calls, no emails, nothing. I emailed incredible connection, also nothing or response. I went back to the store and nobody could assist me as the technicians were not in the office. What is happening here? I had to waste money and buy another UPS elsewhere so I can work. This company does not give a damn about their customers according to hellopeter.com, as no complaint that was lodged even receives a reply. Shows what this company thinks of their clients. Quick to take your money, but when you have an issue, crickets....My next complaint NCC
