SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!

If I could give -1 stars I would. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a very expensive Samsonite backpack from Incredible Connection in January this and within 3 months the stitching of the bag had already come loose. I have had lesser brands last me 7 years with the same amount of care. When I reached out to Incredible Connection they told me I had to bring the bag to the store where I purchased it, I explained that I now live in London and can't do so. They refuse to do anything about it unless I can bring the backpack back to the store. Just because I chose to leave the country does not mean you are no longer liable for a faulty product. I asked if they could please forward me the T's & C's regarding this as I do not see it stated under your product other than limited global warranty - meaning you do have some kind of global warranty. I have looked under the warranty part of their website but see nothing regarding the global warranty issues and the inability to live up to your warranty if I am not in the country. After that no reply, after 6 days I followed up, no reply. Nothing complete radio silence.
