Shocking Customer Service at Incredible Connection Highveld Mall eMalahleni.

On the 20th June I went to Incredible Connection Highveld Mall to upgrade my laptop which is on my business account. I selected the product and it was confirmed that it is available. I was shocked when they could not assist me further because the Consultant is on leave and will only be back on the 29 June. It is now a week i am without my business tool, and i am informed that i must wait until somebody comes back to work.
