Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. A comedy of errors all as a consequence of management incompetence at store level and probably higher up as the fish generally rots from the head. So sad to see more and more South African shops allowing themselves to stoop to these kind of levels and then being content with this. Amazing that these businesses survive.......
