Shocking!

I wish I had come to read the reviews before I made my purchase. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order on Sunday the 28th, as per your website delivery takes 2 - 5 working days. It is now the 7th working day. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift. I had to buy another gift, due to you not delivering, on time!
