Service, what service?

Worst shopping experience ever. Firstly I walked into the branch, and after 15 minutes not being helped, I actually phoned the branch only to get disconnected 3 times. I stood in the branch and phoned another branch for info on a product. The sales person knew of the product, but could not tell me anything about the quality becauwe even though they advertise it online, they never had the product in store. After spending more than R55 on airtime to get info on the product I left the branch and decided to order it online. I went through the whole process, only to be told in the end that the product is not available in my area!!! Two hours later and I did not get what I wanted. To date no sales person from Somerset West branch spoke to me. I will never shop at Incredible ever again. I will contact them next business day to remove my detail from their database.
