Service from Incredible connection "online" is disgusting

<p>Order was placed and paid for online and now 15 days later it has not been delivered. Their call centre does not know what is going and they just do not return calls.</p> <p>The online system for tracking purchases gives incorrect information.</p> <p>This is totally unacceptable</p>
