**** service from Incredible Connection at Cradestone

<p>on Dec 2nd 2016 I bought a Huawei P8 Lite for R2999 & the first week of Jan the phone started freezing etc, i took the mobile device back to Incredible Connection Cradlestone on the 24th Jan 2017 & Boipelo booked the phone in. A month later i had not heard from the store & upon calling & following up was told that Boipelo is on sick leave & there was noone else to assist. When he eventually returned from his sick leave he passes the buck to Nthabiseng as she's now taken over. Nthabiseng was not helpful! ended up asking for the Store Manager & was assisted by Mbongiseni he noted my complaint & said will follow up and give me feedback, if it was not for this man i would still be waiting for the phone as Nthabiseng & Boipelo are all about pushing the buck & not giving any customer service. 5weeks after the phone was booked in & only when Mbangiseni took it upon himself was the progress & within a week i got a call back from him to collect the device. Big up's to Mbongiseni & Boipelo and Nthabiseng should learn a thing or three from their Store Manager!!! </p>
