I wish to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking my call today as I immediately received a call from a wonderful gentleman stationed at your Cavendish Square Branch, by the name of Brishard. He is an outstanding gentleman - highly intelligent & a computer wizard with a wonderful disposition & a true asset to your Company. He has the marvellous ability of explaining in layman's terms, what my problems were and via Team Viewer, he sorted them out for me in the most wonderful fashion. It is a pity that other Companies in this country do not take a leaf out of your book on what service excellence is all about. Brishard is one of the most decent, empathetic & knowledgeable computer technician that I have ever the privilege of knowing in my somewhat difficult life with computers. He is highly skilled, extremely intelligent & a thorough gentleman. What a pleasure to deal with. He is a real asset to your Company & it was a privilege dealing with him. I wish to take this opportunity of thanking both you & Brishard for your truly excellent devoted and superb service.
