Service Delivery

I ordered a Acer Aspire Laptop on 3 July 2024 and paid for it online. The tracking system show that the item was picked and handed to their Courier - ARAMEX on the 3rd already. Since then nothing has happened and when I phoned Incredible Connection customer service , the person was rude and in tried many ways not to be helpful. If you order from this Company , make sure about their deliveries!!!
