**** service and products

I bought an Acer laptop at incredible connection....the laptop was worth R9k....one of those you can turn around to look like a tablet...the panels started to open up in a few months.....I took it back a month a few weeks ago..I went to their store to fetch the laptop hoping it's been fixed or it will be replaced...when I got to the store...nobody could find my records....is as if I never took the laptop there....nobody has a clue what happened to the laptop....they told me to wait for a technician who will report for duty on Monday then he will call me....nobody called me...it's been 2 weeks since my visit and it's not the 1st time I was at their store.....they have such horrible service.....they don't know what they are doing....mind you I paid R10k for that *******.....I asked to be given a number for the Acer agent......they don't have and they promised to get back....as so far nobody called me.....they are a useless bunch......they made me buy an expensive keyboard .....it was defective I took it back even now nobody ever gave me feedback on it.......I am warning you....you but at i credible connection at you own risk....... right now I just need my money then I will go to Game to buy a cheap working laptop....
