Serious lack of communication

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication I received over the 5 weeks I had to wait while my laptop got repaired. Zero phone calls or updates about why it was taking so long and what the situation was, didn't even know whether they could fix it or not! Highly doubt I'll make a big purchase from them ever agan!
