Selling used/broken goods as new

I bought a gaming keyboard as a gift for someone on the Incredible Connection Online store. When they opened it, the inside packaging was damaged. There were finger marks on the keys. Some of the keys were not working and the corners scuffed. *****s fell out the keyboard when lifted and stickers were loose with lint and hair stuck to it. This was clearly a used and broken keyboard which they sold to me as "new". I cannot get hold of them as they do not answer any of their lines. There is no means to return it.
