SELLING USED AND INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS! PRACTICALLY A ****

Rushed to IC in canal walk to buy the last GTA V They had in stock, at first I was great fun that they held it aside for me.. get home, after a tedious 3 hour install I realize the box set they sold me was missing all the extras (map, manual, online registration) and the CD KEY!! THIS IS NOT A NEW BOX SET AND WAS NOT ADVERTISED AS USED! Can't do anything with this, need the CD key to play! Want a refund NOW.
