Selling Pre-Orders without having stock

I pre-ordered an iphone 14 pro and the website showed ships on 22 September. Till today i have not received the device. They put it for sale on their website even though they never secured any stock. Im still waiting for my device almost 3 weeks after launch. I will stick to takealot in the future.
