Selling broken laptops

They sold me a defective laptop and everytime i went there they did not do anything. They told me that i will lose 15% if i returned the broken laptop that they sold me.

I have an exam now so i will have to go there for the 4th time after my exams at the end of this month. At the moment i have to study from my phone because the R8000 that i spent for a broken laptop, doesnt work and freezes. I have screenshots of the task manager ... I honestly would never want to waste my time going to a place that *****s your money and wastes your time the way they did to me.

I hope i get to see someone competent at the store after the end of this month because the 3 other times i went there i was not helped.

If anyone knows of how i can get the broken laptop sold to me by Incredible Connection refunded, please let me know. I honestly don't have a clue as to how to get my money back from a big company that stole it from me.
