Selling 2nd Hand stock to the public online!!! DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM!

<p>I ordered a Leap Motion from Incredible online store on Saturday. The unit arrived via courrier this morning (13 July). I was so excited, but when I opened it - found that the box that is comes in had a broken side... and upon opening the package I found the device had already been USED! The protective film had been removed from the sensor, the usb cable was just rolled up and not neatly displayed. It was VERY DISAPPOINTING.</p> <p>I can't believe I paid R499 for a second hand item. </p> <p>I contacted their support desk, who sounded "awfully enthusiastic" to assist me. And "a call was logged". I would be contacted within 24 hours.</p> <p>I still haven't heard anything from them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOU CAN TAKE YOUR 2ND HAND TRASH BACK.</p>
