Sell products that they know give issues

In June we bought a tablet from Incredible Connection Rosebank upon recommendation from the staff. Two months after using it, the device was on a restart loop constantly. We took it in, and they sent the device out for repairs - they came back and said they replaced the motherboard. After taking the device back from repairs it still had the same issue. The tech guy helping went on to blame the issue on our wifi as though we did not understand how devices work. A week later they suggested that we get credit and get another device - as they had previous customers with the same issue with the device and assured me it would happen again if I got another device. Needless to say they recommend products that they know carry issues without much care of customers money. The tech team and the manager are smug, rude and entitled with little will to help the customer. I don't suggest you go there, you cannot trust their professional input on products as they knowingly sell products that give their customers issues.
