Second time receiving open items

<p>A few ago, I placed multiple orders on Wechat for their incredible connection promo.</p> <p>1 of the items (Kindle paperwhite) arrived open and a few other items has issues</p> <p> </p> <p>This was dealt with at the time by Hendrik at head office who eventually sorted it out</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week, I once again ordered a whole lot of items... Of the whole order, one of the items (Lenovo Yoga) came and it was open. Clearly a store return or something like that</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Hendrik by email and phone on 25/11. I emailed again on 28 and 29th and have received no response </p> <p> </p> <p>His phone was also off</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this sorted immediately</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
