Second hand at new prices

I bought an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5575 today from Incredible Connection Tygervalley and when I wanted to register the product it said that the warranty already expired in 2016. But the worst is when I opened the box one could clearly see that this printer is not new! The cartridges were already opened, the box inside moved, the cables were lying loose, there were no booklet, the front of printer have scratches on. So my question, since when does Incredible connection sell second hand printers at new printer prices? I don't want to waste my time and money coming back for a refund. I want to know what YOU going to do and I give you 24 hours before I go to the press with this info and pictures. Please only reply via e-mail.
