Schrodinger's Refund - Either it is or it isn't, But I will never know.

Placed an order in March and in june only part of the order was delivered. After phoning and online chatting for a couple of weeks with no idea of where my other items were or when i might get it i requested a refund.

Was contacted 22 July with refund instructions which i sent back with requested docs.

Its been almost a month and I have not been refunded nor was i contacted regarding the refund. I have no idea what the hold up is and its difficult to get hold of anyone who can assist in that regard.
