**** clients with additional warranty sales - Really Bad Customer Service!

I bough a Lenovo laptop from Incredible Connection Helderberg with an additional warranty totaling 3 years. My computer needed some repairs and I took the laptop into Stellenbosch branch. The technical repair assistant completed the repair work order and said it would take 2 weeks to repair. It is now over 3 weeks, I phoned him for a status update and the he informed me now that this is now a Lenovo problem and it may take much longer, they have no idea how long and he / they do not care – it is Lenovo’s problem …… I bought the laptop from Incredible Connection and THEY sold me a 3 year warranty laptop packaged, plus communicated that they will take care of the product if something needs repair. Please be aware not to buy additional warranty packaged from Incredible Connection and do not expect good customer care / service if you do!
