Save yourself from making the mistake of purchasing a laptop from Incredible connection

This review is to help others out there from suffering with the service like i did. I bought a brand new laptop that can't even function with basic tasks. Incredible connection consultant says theres nothing wrong with it. But if we pay them for software they can reinstate it everything will be good. Somehow I didnt believe them. Checked out the laptop myself. Major hardware problems and it needs to be send back to the manufacturer. The incredible connection team only knows how to take your money. The laptop was brand new and I have to pay them a fee. I'm so so disappointed. I had major deadlines and this laptop really set me back. I hate hate incredible connections service. It was pathetic. Even when I handed in my laptop. They couldn't have been bothered. Just wanted to make some quick bucks. Please dont make the same mistake as i did and purchase laptops from them. Seems like theres a trend going on with them. Wish i checked out reviews before purchasing from a store with pathetic customer service.
