Save your time and go buy from another storen

I logged my Volkano mini ups in for repair(still under warranty) with your service center on the 2 March 2023 and I was told I'd be contacted with updates on the repair it should be sorted out within 21 working days.

It's now been 26 working days I've gotten absolutely nothing from you guys. Which is just ridiculous.

On the 16 March 2023 I received an SMS telling me that me item was logged in with the JD service centre. It took you guys 11 working days just to book my item in. Did you guys forget to send it in or what ? And for some reason even though I made this purchase online and had it delivered I still needed to go to a physical store to get it sorted out.

Good bye incredible connection 🚮 I will no longer be buying from you guys
