I placed an online order with Incredible Connection on a Hisense 55" TV. They had the item on promotion and after doing comparisons, I found that they offered the best price. I immediately wondered about the TV license aspect of being a first time television buyer, but as soon as I added the TV to my basket, a new TV license was automatically added to the transaction (This can be removed if you already have one) Also, upon placing my order, I received e-mail updates for every stage of my order's status, as it changed. Excellent customer service and a superb product. Thank you!
