Samsung/Incredible Connections rob a bedridden man of his only entertainment

My son with a muscular degenerative disease and is totally bedridden has only partial use of his hands relies on his tablet and TV for his life activities, ordered a Samsung tablet on line which was delivered in March. Being elderly I took it to Samsung to get the rica and sim swop done . It took 3 visits to do this as systems were down etc. Eventually when this was sorted to his joy he tried to use the phone and the microphone did not work so I took it to Incredible connection Northgate who sent it off for repair. After weeks and weeks I was told it was back. On fetching it we tested it in the shop only to find the microphone still did not work. I was told a new motherboard had been put in, why I don't know.. It was sent back for repair and to this day which is now end of July he still does not have the tablet. I have had many excuses about couriers and who know what. Xolisi and Lucky from Incredible have been trying hard to trace this tablet with Samsung but also have had no luck. I don't know who else to contact but after this length of time I think Incredible /Samsung should supply my son with a new tablet so he can have some life and connect with friends especially during this pandemic in his isolated world and sort out their problems with the missing tablet instead of robbing him with whatever life he is missing
