Samsung galaxy note tablet

I bought a Samsung galaxy note tablet 2014 edition from incredible connection menlyn last year March. The tablet is not a year old and it has been giving me problems and as a result I had taken it for repairs for three times with the same problems. When I bought the tablet at incredible connection they did not inform me that the tablet was a Vodacom tablet and I was only informed when it started giving me problems. I told them that I am not happy with with the tablet and everytime I take it to Vodacom they do not disclose the issue with the tablet but to my surprise they fix it even when their invoices say they don't know the problem with my tablet. The third time when I took it to incredible connection they manager promised me that they would not take it to Vodacom and they would take it to their headoffices so I would get a refund or credit,that never happened she **** to me and took it back to Vodacom again and as a result I refused to take it back. Incredible connections and Vodacom are not following the consumer protection act which gives us consumers the right to fair and honest dealings. I want my money back and u will not take that tablet back even if they give me a new 1!
