Salesmen don't know their products.

Today I went to Incredible Connection, Walmer, to purchase a printer. Simply put, the staff were nice and quite accommodating. But, the salesman I spoke to obviously had no knowledge of the product I was purchasing. I asked him if the printer comes with ink cartridges, to which he said "no", so I purchased one, only to open the box and find ink cartridges inside. I then asked if I need anything else and he said I should be good to go. Turns out, the printer does not come with a USB cable, so I cannot use the thing. I live quite far out of the city - that's why I asked in the first place. Just incredibly irritated by the fact that I have to drive all the way back to Port Elizabeth, just to buy a cable.
