It's very sad for a entity like Incredible connection to have such a horrible and dissapointing service 3rd March placed and order didn't receive order number called, spoke to Zodwa who asked for POP unfortunately peach payments don't have POP. Well call the bank they gave me an Auth code emailed it to her, no acknowledgement. Call again spoke to Siphumelele who advised *** did not receive my email and asked I emailed it to her, *** she received and confirmed in 24 hours I should get feedback, no feedback. Send her an email no response spoke to Mpho who also promised she will escalate and I'll get feedback back within 24 hours today its the 19th still nothing. So if we're being ****med buy companies like Incredible connection we're should we buy from? Guys I was buying the fridge for my Mom as her Birthday was the 14th and sadly I never got the fridge. Now I'm fighting a loosing battle cause nobody seems to care.
