Rude staff at Incredible Connection Gateway

False advertising, they advertised the Toshiba 32GB memory card on their website for R79 for the period from 19th July to 21st July. I went to the Gateway branch store on the 20th, I checked the website before going, said Gateway had the stock for the special price. When I went to the store, it was still marked at R99. Staff just stand around and don't help you, when I made the attempt to ask, the guy who worked there was so rude and nonchalant, said he's not sure if it's just for the website or in store special. Made no attempt to ask his manager and help me out. My complaint is not so much on the false advertising but on the terribly snobbish staff at Incredible Connection Gateway. In this economy, there are plenty of people who are unemployed who could do a better job at customer service. If you don't like talking to people, find another job that does not require social s****s, give a deserving person of the job a chance! I think retail stores in general need to wake up as well , the reason you guys are losing business is not due to the declining economy but on the poor customer service offered. Staff need to be trained better and if they can't cut, tell them to take a hike, there are plenty in line to be hired!
