Rude staff and terrible customer service!!!

I walked in the incredible connection store in Sandton, and the white guy SITTING at the door was very rude and had terrible attitude as if he owns the place, on top of that when i told him i have my own sanitizer, he yelled n insisted for me to use theirs. On top of that when reprimanded he had the nerve to argue with me. When i asked for the manager, the staff there seemed unbothered up until i asked who can i complain to. I mean the staff there is just not welcoming. When leaving the store the same white guy at the door was sitting down playing with his phone. I mean even the manager just leaves his staff to do whatever they want. Mxm i regret going to incredible connections in sandton city!!!
