Rude Mansoor Foulmouth

<p>I called Incredible Connection Canal walk and spoke to Mansoor to enquire if they had stock of the Epson printer on promotion. They were out of stock and I asked why, and told him about the Consumer Protector Act. I asked to speak to someone senior, what he said afterwards which I overheard him telling his friend whilst I hung on was shocking. I then spoke to the manager Amien who did not apologise and said he did not know what Mansoor said and cannot comment on it. This is really appalling.Vulgar language has no place in business. It gives a poor reflection of the person and the company who employs him. I am seriously thinking of lodging a formal complaint of crimen injuria against Mansoor.</p>
