Rude Customer Service From A Sales Person Playing Playstation While On Duty

Rude Customer Service. Went to the store on 20.05.2018, in the afternoon asking around for playstation 4 consoles. I was greeted by a irritable CJ mumbling about prices while playing God of War 3 on a playstation console in store. Not sure how that is allowed? He had no name badge on and I had to request his name. Not sure how a company expects to make sales if their staff is playing games in store with a few clients just walking around, Needless to say your service sucks.
