rude assistants

me and my bf first went to sandton incredible connection and asked about the pas4 deal and the lady knew nothing she just whatever the we see there it is what we will get...we went around could not be assisted we later app**** for credit online went there to bring foward our documents but the lady was on the phone while we waited there like fools when the guy with dreads came by he just said the fiance person is not around ,told us to wait we waited for 20 minuites with no help until they told us they cant help us ...nobody helped us at all service was so terrible.
