I purchased a Connex Tablet for R2280 at Incredible Connection Somerset West. On the 22 Feb 202. Took out a insurance with Abacus insurance. On the 20 March it fell and the screen was cracked. I returned it on the 22 March. Was told by Wesley it will be sent away to Abacus. When calling him 3 times every week was told that they busy repairing the Tablet. On the 8 April i phoned Abacus and was told no such claim was lodges. Exceptional service from Abacus with several return calls. I called Incredible connection and was assisted by the assistant manager Charlene. Who was totally unhelpful and rude. Was told I must do what I want when said I will inform hellopeter and her manger. After 5 hours from phoning then the morning i received a reply. No joy. She could not find the claim, had not spoken to Wesley as he was on lunch, she would not give me the manager or area managers telephone number. Told me she would later in the day, after 16h00 escalate the claim. Not sure where to. So in three weeks nothing was done with my claim, they cant find the Tablet or even where it is at the moment. Cant tell me what is going to happen either. Impossible to phone Incredible Connection as they never answer their
