******* and rude staff

I am really angry at how my mom was treated at the N1 store. When returning an item we called a day I advance but when she went to exchange the item the manager was rude and asked for 15% as a return fee for the the product. He went on to say she should never come to his store again as the do not except returns on electronic goods but we bought it in the Claremont branch and was told that we can exchange it within 7 days of the purchase. And it wasn’t even two days before we returned the item. I blame the training of staff cause management is *********** to deal with people and has no knowledge of customer care. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR STORE AS THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU WHEN THERES A PROBLEM!!!
