RIDICULOUS WAITING PERIOD

<p>I booked in my Acer laptop on Friday, 07 October 2016 at Incredible Connection, Greenacres, Port Elizabeth because of a faulty adapter. I was told i need to supply the laptop as well as part of the testing process. I was also told that it would take up to 15 working days until i get my laptop back. Very relucatantly i booked it in. I went back yesterday (a week later) hoping for some news, and still 15 days waiting period. So, in a week no progress has been made ? No update ? </p> <p>Really ? It takes up to 15 working days to test an adapter with a laptop ? They could've tested it right there and then. Now i cannot do any work, because all my stuff is on my laptop. A loan unit will not suffice.</p> <p>I want my laptop back.</p> <p> </p>
