Ridiculous service

Shocking services.

My vacuum robot stopped working properly within 6 months of purchasing it and is still under warranty.

I went to the store at Watercrest Mall with my original slip and spoke with the Manager regarding it and how I wanted a refund, he strongly told me I wasn't entitled to one! And that he will send it off for repairs

2 weeks later and no update from him! I went back today to ask about my vacuum and he was rude, lack good service and said he will have to get back to me next week!

If he doesn't get his act together I am taking this further. As it is, it was alot of money purchasing it and because one of the brushes was faulty, I am entitled to a refund according to the Consumer Protection Act!

I WANT A REFUND!!! NOT A REPAIR
