Extremely disappointed with this ****a shop you guys are running at Century City . I was happy that I could do a lay-by since I couldn't afford to pay the item in full that I needed. I've paid for an item for 3 months and today when I went to pay the remaining balance they told me that the item is out of stock and there is no way they could get this item for me. Mind due last week Friday(18/07/2025) I went to go pay(4K) but no consultant advised me that the item wasn't available because if that was the case I wouldn't have paid the 4K. The only thing that they suggested for me today(25/07/2025) was to get anything else or a refund, it's truly not rocket science as to what I wanted(refund). I'm truly crushed and disgusted by this place.

Guess what. I now have to wait up too 7 days to get my refund.
